Terms of Service

By using this service, you agree to these terms. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms, including the Refund Policy in Section 7. The service is currently in Alpha testing; the Alpha testing notice in our Privacy Policy describes how request data is retained and used during the Alpha.

You may not use this service to:

• Use the API to generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content
• Bypass security controls, run unauthorized stress tests, or attempt to compromise the service
• Resell, share, or misuse API keys or account credentials
• Use the service for privacy violations, fraud, or harm to third parties

• AI outputs are provided for reference only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice
• Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and for any decisions made based on them
• Omni API does not guarantee that outputs are always accurate, complete, or suitable for every scenario

• Usage is billed in USD per token — input tokens plus output tokens (including reasoning) — at the per-token rate of the model called. Each model has its own rate. Balances are shown as prepaid credits where $1 = 1 credit
• Requests that fail due to platform-side system errors are not charged
• Streaming requests that are cancelled or disconnected after being dispatched to the model are charged the reserved credits and are not refunded
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash
• Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination

We strive to maintain service stability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Omni API is not liable for losses caused by system maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

• Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. For credits bought before API key creation opens to all registered accounts (the start of the Alpha), the 30 days start on the day it opens. Credits already consumed by served API requests are non-refundable because the digital service has been delivered
• If a top-up is refunded or charged back, we remove the credits from that top-up and, if it was your first top-up, the one-time first top-up bonus. Credits already consumed are handled as described above
• If credits were incorrectly deducted due to a system error, you may request a credit adjustment or refund
• Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (for example in the EU or UK), by purchasing and beginning to use credits you request immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost for credits already consumed. Unused credits remain refundable within the applicable statutory period
• To request a refund, email support@omniquasar.com from your account email, including your query ID if applicable and a description of the issue. We usually respond within 2 business days
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, usually within 5 business days

This service is operated by Omni Quasar. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, and disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
